On the evening of Sunday 15th Jan. 2023, we went back to Katikoni market for the final crusade. We got the instruments connected by 4pm and started playing some music as the team took late lunch at Katikoni church. Springs Ngelani church youth were also around and they took the opportunity to dance for the Lord and keep the crusade live before the official commencement.
At about 5pm, scoop and fly mission team was ready to fly. They took to the pulpit and each to their position. People started drawing closer to the crusade ground as other got out and sat at the doors of their shops. Everyone wanted to be part of the crusade. We had the opening prayer and took off.
We had a wonderful worship session, people worshiped and prayed so passionately you could tell the Holy Spirit was working within us and in our midst.

After worship and prayer, it was time to praise His holy name, a time to sing and dance for Him.
“Let them praise His name with dancing;
Let them sing praises to Him with timbrel and lyre”
Psalm 149:3.
Timbrel and lyre are music instruments, in our case we had a keyboard, and we used it to sing praises to the Lord.

After praise and worship, Rev. Geoffrey delivered the sermon of the night, prayed for and blessed the people of God.

Sermon of the night.
Finaly the day that the Lord had made was here.
“everything in this world happens at the time God chooses……….
He sets the time for sorrow and the time for joy, the time for mourning and the time for dancing.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1 and 4.
The people of katikoni were full of joy, for the time the Lord had set for the them to watch a film on the life of Jesus was here.
After the sermon Rev. Geoffrey ushered them over to the viewing area. This time round we had to limit the children from sitting close to the CPU to avoid another miss happening. Everyone settled eagerly waiting for the start.
Finally the loud speakers roared to life with sounds from the cinema as the projector shot images on the cinema screen fabric. Only if you were there you could see the mixture of joy and amazement displayed all over the faces of the people. Everybody kept quiet and stared.
