I tested 3x a day cuss you will miss your peak I tested at night high and test in the morning high again tested that afternoon and it peaked every eight hours of you are unsure and don’t want to miss I say every 6-8 and take vitamins helps too good luck on trying to conceived

Don’t do the cup. I’ve heard several doctors say laying there doesn’t help. If anything just lay for 15 minutes but keeping it in all night it crazy and can cause UTIs.
Does he finish on the cup or inside of you before placing the cup inside? Please explain someone

This is 3 years old now, i hope u achieved your goal by now, if not i will pray for you to. Thank you for this, im a man, i feel broken having not been able to conceive. Its only been 2 months, its depressing seeing everyone else do it with no effort even on accident and here we are trying our best and havent been successful. Its soul crushing, thank you for the tips and motivation. Everything happens for a reason i guess maybe its just not our time in gods eyes but im so scared im infertile from steroid use and idk what i will do if i am. This time my peak happened 5 days after my period ended 😮 only the 2nd time ive been tracking . The deed was done a few days before and again on peak night. 1st cycle was negative. 🤞 Hopefully blessed with baby dust this cycle 🤰
Okay so I’m trying for last 3 years 1 failed IUI and 2 failed IVF/ICSI and so my doctor suggested me to try for next tree moths without medications and stuff .!!
So now my question is I started following your advice the body temperature the ovulation kit and the menstrual cup thing ( since I’ve been using menstrual cup for last 8 years ) I still wonder why it never crossed my mind.! I've seen enough OBGYN videos by now to know the period cup thing is pointless. The actual sperm takes seconds to at most minutes to swim up. What the period cup holds inside is the fluid the speem came in. It's pure superstition. Some people happen to get pregnant while also doing this and start to believe there's causality. It's really annoying to me when people refer to 'the science' when it's it's actually just a baseless idea, nothing scientific about it.
