If you're a veteran mum watching, please feel free to share any newborn tips I may have missed as well — I'm sure everyone will love to read them!!
Why is it recommended to wipe after diapers? Dont you wash baby ? Wipes should only be used for emergencies etc
Thank you from Germany 🙂
37 weeks and being induced next week.
Currently crying about him growing up 💔
One diaper station is enough
I’m expecting my first baby at 29 years old. Baby girl due December 2024 🥰 I feel so blessed and excited. Your video is very helpful
Such A Great Video! ✨
I have lots of Newborn Baby tips on my channel & I really enjoyed this video!
Thanks for making this video & I just subbed! 👶
Girls pee too when the cool air hits them (or a cool wipe). I wasn't expecting this until I found out first hand.
I've found those tiny mittens useless and use socks on their hands instead. They stay on much better and keep babies face scratch free.
Also, not every baby likes to be swaddled. My tip would be to experiment until you get it right. Try the full body swaddle, or the torso and legs only (some babies find comfort in having their hands at their face), or perhaps its a sleep sack that works best!
Bath tip. Bath them with a Muslin baby blanket. Dip it in the warm water, wrap it around them then put them in the baby bath. Made bath time time sooooo enjoyable for both my girls
hi! i created a channel with calming white noise, to help soothe your little ones. i really really hope it helps. it's still a v small channel, so any support is greatly appreciated ❤ all love

A tip other moms shared with me 15+ years ago with my first: Don't try to clip your baby's nails with clippers or scissors. You can accidently hurt them, which will make you cry. Plus, it can leave sharp points that will scratch them. Their nails are so soft you can gently bite the nail off clean and smooth. Since it is a one handed job this way, I always trimmed their nails while breastfeeding. Trim the hand that is free with the first side, and then trim the next when I switch sides. Saved me time and no struggle.
Interesting tip number 1 has been a basic practice in Zambia since forever… we used a lot of cloth diapers and wipes weren't common
Thank you so much! I’m almost 35 weeks and due at the beginning of September with my first! I’m so excited and so scared at the same time.
I’m 42 years old and a first time mom. I watched your video before delivery and was able to prepare diaper stations throughout my house! Thank you! He’s 3 weeks old now and I’m watching again because I seem to be constantly changing him, when he pees I’m having to change his diaper, his outfit and whatever he was laying on at the time! Your video is so helpful!
Did u know the onesies are actually supposed to go up from their legs not over the head
Being pregnant with your first newborn sounds so hard 😮 I'm already worried about learning to mold the energy to homeschool my first when she comes out
Great tips!
Ok but my 2 week old sometimes takes 2h to put to sleep 😅😅 trying everything to make him fall asleep
New born phase is my favv. It makes me want more babies. So sad it’s over very fast
I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. Even tho i have breastfed 3 newborns into the toddler years and done the newborn stage 3 times, i still love to watch these videos for any new tips i might have missed, or just reminders of some things 😊.
Thank you !😊 On my third in October and these tips would have made me more relaxed and confident if i knew them earlier
Thank you for your video. Have been so helpful❤
First time mama due Aug 2024 🩶
When changing a baby boy, run a wet wipe across his front below the diaper waistband before opening the dirty diaper and wait a little bit before opening it to change. The cold wipe will cause him to pee if he's got anything in there 😅
Invest in a good baby carrier. It's so helpful especially when out and about. You can often by a gently used version on Ebay or Facebook marketplace at affordable prices.
Ergo baby organic is my go to but they also make one called Ergo Embrace that is especially designed for little babies.
I'm due with our first: 2th February 2025 ❤
This video and reading it's comment section is a game changer for my anxiety for sure. Thank you ladies ❤
Hi Beth, I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant. She is due on July 21st 2024. So I'm very grateful for this video.
